Shannon is a graduate in Human Movement and Health Education from The University of Sydney (Australia), an internationally accredited BASI Pilates instructor and a fully qualified health and corporate coach from The Coaching Academy, London.

    Shannon is a leading authority on health and fitness and has a bold mission – to achieve the best possible health and fitness levels for all of his clients. He is highly enthusiastic and supports his clients every step of the way to reach their goals and expectations.

      I’ve been attending Shannon’s classes and also had pt sessions. I wanted fastest results and I am so glad I have chosen Shannon to help me with my fitness goals. He is a top trainer (and I had quite a few in my life). I am now reaching my ultimate shape. – Shannon’s energy is simply contagious. He is very charismatic. He pushes you to reach your maximum potential. And then even further.

      I have been training with Shannon during my lunch breaks three times a week for the past 3 months and am already seeing a difference during my rugby games on Saturdays. Not only has my general fitness improved allowing me to get through more work in the contact area and across the entire game but as a back I have seen a big improvement in my speed over 10 yards and increase in my kicking distance as the strength in my legs has developed from week to week. I have also noticed I am less sore after a game due to the circuit training, which Shannon aims to hit all parts of the body, and the mobility and stretching he offers as well. Shannon’s coaching style is a perfect mix of positive motivation to push you to improve at every session but keeping you within your limits so you are able to keep operating as maximum efficiently during the whole session rather than burning out too early. I would (and have) thoroughly recommend Shannon to those who are looking to see benefits not only to their health and fitness but also those looking to make improvements that will benefit their sporting life’s as well.

      Shannon is an amazing trainer who I have trained with for many years – the longest ever!. He puts alot of thought into his sessions so that you work to the maximum. He’s very professional and knowledgeable and listens to your goals and then ensures you reach them. Training with Shannon is not a chore but fun enjoyable and rewarding.

      I have trained with Shannon for 12 1/2 years which speaks for itself! Shannon is highly professional and motivated; he gets up extremely early to train me and is always well-prepared which ensures the sessions are interesting and dynamic.
      He truly is an inspirational trainer who is punctual, reliable but also a very empathetic person. He tailors the sessions to suit the individual and I have been delighted with the results that I have achieved. I particularly like his broad knowledge of health and fitness which encorporates weights and cardio in addition to Pilates and meditation.
      Above all, training with Shannon is great fun.

      Shannon is just fantastic! He works you hard and pushes you which is great. He’s always wanting feedback and likes to know which particular areas you’d like to work on in the session. He’s also really entertaining which makes the sessions a lot more fun. He’s generally full of energy and very enthusiastic – he genuinely wants you to do well and succeed.

      If one of your goals is to get more fit & toned then Shannon is your guy as he pushes & motivates you to achieve the best possible result which will be noticeable already after few sessions. It’s hard work, full of sweat but fun & best part he mixes exercises to challenge your body even more .. no boring routines. Highly recommend!
